Operations Trainee - Future Operations LeaderWe are seeking a motivated Operations Trainee to join our team and learn our business from the ground up. This is a hands-on, "boots-on-the-ground" development role designed for someone who wants to understand every part of our operations and grow into an effective leader.
The Operations Trainee will be based primarily in Fond du Lac, with regular time spent at our Green Bay and Sheboygan locations. This rotational exposure is intentional giving you a full picture of how our business runs and preparing you for future leadership opportunities within our organization.
What You'll Do:
Learn daily operations by working directly alongside frontline teams
Gain exposure to key functions including production, logistics, safety, and yard operations
Observe and support supervisors and managers to understand leadership expectations
Build relationships across locations and departments
Learn company processes, workflows, and operational best practices
Develop the knowledge and experience needed to lead teams effectively in the future
What We're Looking For:
Strong interest in operations and leadership development
Willingness to learn by doing including working in an industrial environment
Ability to travel between Fond du Lac, Green Bay, and Sheboygan locations
Strong work ethic, curiosity, and accountability
Effective communication skills and a team-first mindset

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods standing.
Ability to maintain single task focus and situational awareness.
Must be able to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds at a time.
Must be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms, legs, and moving the entire body. This will include balancing, lifting, walking, stooping, and carrying materials.
Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and tolerate exposure to the elements of the environment: hot and cold, smells and noises unique to the plant.
