Facilities Associate

FACILITIES ASSOCIATE. aka Mr. Fixit. The Facilities Associate is responsible for assisting with overall direction supporting the regular upkeep and maintenance, standard and preventative, of the Camp G. Pierce Webber facilities, grounds and vehicles and will play a supporting role in the upkeep of the main Bangor YMCA facility. We need someone with 3 plus years of experience in facility maintenance. Someone with a working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, carpentry, and other maintenance-related areas. Our Facilities Associates need to be flexible, able to work independently as well as part of a team. Must have a friendly demeanor and a can-do attitude. The Bangor Region YMCA offers great benefits including a very generous retirement program. On the job training will take place Monday through Friday and when training is over the regular work schedule will be Sunday through Thursday.
