We are seeking a goal-oriented team player to strengthen our sales force, solidify our relationships in the community, and promote our services in Lubbock and beyond.  Plains Presort Services, Ltd. (“PPS”) maintains a skilled crew specialized in areas of project management, customer service, design, print and mail. Each department works closely with others to meet deadlines and create quality products for our customers. PPS is seeking an Outside Sales Representative who enjoys developing relationships with current and potential clients. A candidate who can help companies raise the bar and take their business to the next level through our expertise in design, print, and mail. The candidate will work closely with the design department, bringing them as consultants and working together to create quotes and complete projects. The PPS culture is reflected in the friendships built through working together and having the respect for each job needed to make it successful. A successful candidate will expand the services provided to current clients, prospect for, present to, and close new clients in both current markets and new markets. PPS is seeking to service customers at the local, state, and national levels. The Outside Sales Rep will be expected to address customer needs and respond quickly and professionally, whether they have a request, a complaint, a referral, or any other business-related need. PPS sets itself apart from its competitors through speed and integrity of response. The rep must have a good grasp of all products sold by PPS and effectively market these products to current and potential customers of PPS.Required Skills and Qualifications: · Strong ability to identify and network new leads·   Creative presentation skills·   Negotiation and Closing skills·   Customer-focused ability to service existing client base·   Three years of proven sales experience·   Computer skills for generating reports and tracking details·   Strong resilience to keep pushing forward, even with things are tough Job Duties: ·  Develop and Manage Existing Customers (one connection per day, 5 days a week)· Develop and Manage Potential Customers (one presentation per day to a potential customer, 5 days a week)·  Utilize PPS sponsored CRM program to effectively track progress with new and existing customers. o  Weekly reporting of outreach, presentation, and new deal activities o  Monthly sales meetings with Management to present sales activities and progress.· Develop an effective follow-up program involving phone calls, direct visits, nurture campaigns, emails, and the proper use of our CRM tools. ·  Regular participation in networking events, including sales referral groups, chamber events, etc.·  Perform other duties as assigned by Management and/or necessary for the success of Outside Sales. Compensation:o Commensurate with experienceo Base salary plus performance-based commission
