Finance Systems Administrator (NetSuite) | (Austin, TX)We're working with a growing energy infrastructure business in Austin that is expanding its accounting systems capability as the company scales.This is a hands-on role sitting within the accounting function, focused on supporting and improving the day-to-day use of NetSuite and related finance applications. It's a good fit for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of finance and systems, and wants to move beyond purely reactive support work.What you'll be doing:Acting as a key point of contact for NetSuite and finance-related applicationsManaging user access, permissions, and general system administrationSupporting accounting and AP teams with system-related queries and issue resolutionMaking configuration updates and helping improve workflows and processesMonitoring integrations and resolving data or system issuesSupporting reporting, data accuracy, and general system performanceCreating documentation and helping onboard new usersEnvironment:The business is continuing to grow, so systems and processes are still evolving.
