TEAL is fueled by a passion for community, connection, and artistry.Role DescriptionWe are interviewing for both part-time and full-time, on-site role in Bend, OR for a TEAL Member (Barista/Bartender). The TEAL Member will be responsible for preparing and serving handcrafted beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, restocking supplies, and promoting a positive and welcoming atmosphere. The role also involves supporting creative initiatives and assisting with art-related events or activities hosted by TEAL.QualificationsExperience in beverage preparation, such as crafting teas, bartending, or making espresso-based drinksCustomer service skills, including effective communication and the ability to create a welcoming environmentTime management and organizational skills for maintaining a clean and efficient workspaceCreativity and interest in art and community engagementAbility to collaborate with a team and adapt to dynamic work situationsPrevious food and beverage experience is a plusPassion for fostering connection and providing an exceptional guest experience
