Primary Responsibilities Coordinate multi-ISR domain mission activities with AF Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) Enterprise stakeholders. Coordinate with AF DCGS Analysis and Exploitation Teams (AET) on current operations, multi-ISR discipline support to current Analytic Lines of Effort (ALOE), long-term and short-term analysis in support of Air Operation Center (AOC) mission planning and ISR operations, foreign military capabilities and defense issues; and develop request for information (RFI) responses. Support AF DCGS Mission Management Team (MMT) members to verify requirements are met and comply with AF DCGS tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) and applicable AF and Intelligence Community (IC) directives. Required Qualifications TS/SCI access eligibility on employment start date is required. Conduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature; provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements. Demonstrate working knowledge of the concepts involved in the specific functions outlined in the specified labor category description. Knowledgeable of and demonstrate ability to apply Intelligence Community (IC) and DoD classification guidelines and procedures. Work semi-independently with oversight and direction. Use logic when evaluating and synthesizing multiple sources of information. Interpret analysis, produce logical and concise analytic reports, documents, assessments, studies, and briefing materials in formats including Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), electronic/soft-copy matrices, and web-enabled formats. Communicate complex issues clearly in a concise and organized manner both verbally and non-verbally, with strong grammar skills. Ample proficiency using Microsoft Office tools. Develop structured research including, but not limited to, obtaining, evaluating, organizing, and maintaining information within security and data protocols. Recognize nuances and resolve contradictions and inconsistencies in information. Use complex analytic methodologies such as structured analytic techniques or alternative approaches (e.g., Analysis of Competing Hypotheses, Devil's Advocacy, High-Impact/Low-Impact Analysis, Red Team Analysis, Alternative Futures Analysis) to examine biases, assumptions, and theories to eliminate uncertainty, strengthen analytic arguments, and mitigate surprise. Understand intelligence collection capabilities and limitations, including technical sensors/platforms and human intelligence sources related to the labor category. Evaluate collected intelligence reporting, engage with collection managers, and develop collection requirements. Completion certificate from a commercial, military, or U.S. government all-source analysis training course or specialized intelligence career field. Minimum of three (3) years' experience exploiting and reporting data from multi-domain analytical sources and sensors; data mining and research applications; familiarity with IC databases and reporting standards. Familiarity in one or more of the following is highly desired: JIRA/Confluence, Space or Human Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and DoD/IC sensors and applications. Excellent communication skills (oral and written), demonstrated problem-solving experience and capacity to work independently and as part of a team to provide multi-faceted intelligence products and support to operational units, Joint Commands and IC components. Extensive familiarity with applicable DoD and IC directives, analytic tradecraft standards and reporting cycles. Required Education Required education is an associate's degree accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. An additional 2 years of experience in the specific labor category, for a total of 5 years of experience in the specific labor category, may be substituted for an associate's degree.
