This role requires someone who can build and support integrations while also working directly with business users and vendors to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and drive integration strategy.The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, and Informatica Cloud (IICS). This person should be comfortable serving as both a technical resource and a consultative partner.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and support integrations within the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions environmentDesign and manage integration workflows using Informatica Cloud (IICS)Work with PeopleSoft Component Interfaces and Integration Broker for system integrationsTroubleshoot integration failures, interface issues, and data discrepanciesMeet with stakeholders and vendors to gather business and technical requirementsAnalyze requirements and recommend scalable integration solutionsCreate and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and runbooksSupport testing, validation, deployment, and production supportFollow ITS standards for change management and code promotionRequired QualificationsStrong experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (required)Hands-on experience with Component Interfaces and Integration BrokerStrong proficiency with Informatica Cloud (IICS) for ETL and integrations (not PowerCenter)Ability to gather requirements from customers, stakeholders, and vendorsStrong problem-solving skills with a consultative, solutions-focused approachAbility to read and interpret data mappings, schemas, and integration documentationStrong communication and documentation skillsPreferred QualificationsHigher education experience a plusExperience supporting enterprise ITS teams and large-scale PeopleSoft environmentsExperience with knowledge transfer, backfill support, and change management processes
