Florida Licensed Telecommunication Operator

A company is looking for a Telecommunication Operator. Key Responsibilities Receive, record, and respond to all phone calls, including emergency calls and oxygen alarms Process calls according to the situation and dispatch security personnel as needed Provide in-house paging services and assist clinic personnel in contacting on-call physicians Required Qualifications Knowledge of the Nortel console and related equipment Experience in a medical/hospital environment or call center High School Diploma or GED preferred Basic minimum 1 year of switchboard experience Demonstrated knowledge of CRT/PC operations
