The successful candidate will be a bold and visionary leader, dedicated to centering the needs and voices of refugee, displaced, stateless, and migrant women and girls in global humanitarian response and reform. This role requires a passionate champion of human rights and gender equality, with a proven track record in executive leadership, fundraising, and external relations. The Executive Director will be responsible for refining the organization's strategy, team management, and ensuring the growth and excellence of all functions. They must be adept at engaging with senior leaders, the media, and a variety of funders, and have experience in thought leadership and influence within relevant sectors. Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include strategy and leadership, team management, fundraising, and external relations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global trends impacting the target populations and a commitment to following and interpreting geopolitical changes. Experience in financial oversight, team management, and a strong record of leading change management efforts are essential. The role also involves partnering with the Board of Directors to ensure strong governance and effective collaboration.
