Position: Family Medicine PhysicianLocation: Fontana, San Bernardino, Moreno Valley, Hesperia, Ontario, CAJob Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleA community-focused healthcare organization is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across all age groups. This role focuses on delivering high-quality primary care services, preventive care, and health education in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive primary care including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive servicesConduct physical exams, screenings, and patient assessmentsOrder and interpret lab tests, imaging, and diagnostic reportsPrescribe medications and manage treatment plansDeliver women’s health, family planning, and prenatal/postnatal careEducate patients on health maintenance, nutrition, and disease preventionMaintain accurate and compliant EHR documentationCollaborate with physicians, specialists, and care teamsSupervise mid-level providers and support staff when requiredParticipate in clinical meetings and quality improvement initiativesRequirementsMD or DO degreeCompletion of Family Medicine Residency (3 years)Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family MedicineActive California Medical License & DEAMinimum 2+ years of clinical/public health experience preferredStrong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skillsExperience with EHR systemsWork ScheduleMonday–Friday (Day Shift)Occasional evenings/Saturdays as neededWhat You’ll GetCompetitive salary + full benefits packageMedical, Dental, Vision Insurance401(k) with company matchPaid Time Off (PTO)Supportive and collaborative work environmentOpportunity to make a meaningful community impact
