Long-term, this role has a path toward system architecture ownership as the platform continues to grow.💡 What You’ll Be DoingOwn data quality and reporting strategy, ensuring accurate, high-performing donor dataBuild advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks for real-time fundraising insightsLead the transition from legacy processes to Salesforce Flow-based automationManage integrations across tools like Donorbox, Campaign Monitor, Zapier, SAP, and moreWork through backlog and technical debt to deliver ongoing enhancements and featuresImprove data architecture and maintain a “source of truth” documentation frameworkExplore emerging tech, including Agentforce / AI-driven Salesforce capabilitiesPartner cross-functionally with business, finance, and global teams to drive outcomes🧠 What They’re Looking For5+ years of Salesforce Admin / CRM experience (Nonprofit Cloud or NPSP preferred)Strong background in data management, reporting, and automationExperience with integrations and large-scale data environmentsAbility to translate complex requirements into scalable solutionsComfortable owning backlog, prioritization, and continuous improvement initiativesBonus: Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or AI-driven Salesforce tools
