This role focuses on reviewing and processing post-closing mortgage documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion. This is a great opportunity for someone with post-closing mortgage experience who enjoys detail-driven work in a structured, high-volume environment. Responsibilities Review post-closing mortgage documents including deeds, mortgages, and related closing files Verify signatures, dates, and required documentation for completeness Prepare, scan, and upload mortgage documents into internal systems Identify and resolve discrepancies or missing information in closing packages Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of mortgage documentation Maintain accurate and organized digital records Handle a steady volume of post-closing files while meeting deadlines Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required At least 1 year of post-closing mortgage experience required Experience with title or recording processes is a strong plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat Strong communication and problem-solving skills Schedule 40-hour work week, onsite Must be open to working one Saturday per month as overtime Mortgage Post Closing Document Administrator - 26-00237 IND123 ZR
