Job DescriptionPosition Summary:Eurofins PSS is seeking a HPLC scientist with hands‑on lab experience to support analytical testing. This role focuses on executing lab studies, preparing materials, analyzing data, and supporting process characterization for early- and late-stage programs.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform testing methods run by PCD groups including: HPLC (such as RP-HPLC, IEX and SEC), CE-SDS, Jess and CIEF.Support project work such as method development, troubleshooting and method qualification as needed by the groupSupport data processing, entry, verification and validation as requiredDeliver a sample turnaround time of 14 days for routine samplesComplete laboratory notebooks and DLIMS data entry within timeline required by project groupSupport project activates as required by the groupMay be expected to work with Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC) projects in Occupational Exposure Band 4 (OEB4) and/or OEB5, as well as other OEB4 materialsOther duties as assignedLeadership ResponsibilitiesSupports and monitors the performance of the team of employeesMay participate in new hire interviewsSupports the on-boarding process of new employeesDisseminate administrative communicationsDemonstrate and promote the company's visionEnsure adherence to highest quality and efficiency standards in laboratory operationsEnsure coverage and performance for all shifts, and work dutiesPerforms administrative tasks for team member growth and developmentAdeptly balance technical lab work with leadership responsibilitiesFoster morale and teamworkQualificationsBasic Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Engineering, or related field with at least 2 years of relevant experienceHand-on experience with HPLC is required (such as RP-HPLC, IEX and SEC)Hand-on experience with CE-SDS, Jess and CIEF is plus Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.Preferred QualificationsExperience with technical writingStrong organizational and time management skills, experience with Lean PrinciplesEffective communication skills and multi-tasking skillsGreat attention to detail and data integrityExperienced in pipetting and using a variety of pipettes.Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve with a good understanding and application of the scientific method.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while maintaining self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitudeAdditional InformationWhat To Expect In The Hiring Process10-15 Minute Phone Interview with Region Recruiter45-60 Minute Virtual Interview with Manager and/or Group LeaderAdditional DetailsThe position is Full-Time, Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm.
