Their teams design, build, test, and deploy critical power and infrastructure systems, remaining fully accountable at every stage—from concept to turnkey delivery—within mission-critical environments.POSITION OVERVIEW:The Regional Safety Manager plays a critical leadership role in driving health, safety, and environmental (EHS) excellence across multiple operational sites within an assigned region. This position is specifically designed to support the client’s service team, ensuring that safety programs are practical, scalable, and aligned with the fast-paced, field-based nature of service operations.Acting as a strategic partner to both the client and internal leadership, this role ensures regulatory compliance, reduces operational risk, and strengthens safety culture at every level. The Regional Safety Manager serves as the key link between corporate safety strategy and field execution—coaching teams, standardizing best practices, and enabling safe, efficient service delivery.This is a high-impact role with significant visibility and exceptional growth opportunity, offering a clear path into senior leadership as the organization continues to expand.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of regional EHS strategies aligned with corporate and client safety objectivesPartner closely with the client’s service team to embed safety into daily operations and field activitiesProvide hands-on leadership, coaching, and technical support to site-level safety professionals and service personnelEnsure compliance with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, ANSI, ISO 45001, and other applicable standardsConduct audits, field inspections, and risk assessments to proactively identify hazards and implement corrective actionsSupport and validate incident investigations, ensuring thorough root cause analysis and sustainable solutionsDeliver engaging safety training programs tailored to service environments and field teamsMonitor, analyze, and report safety performance metrics to leadership, driving accountability and continuous improvementSupport the implementation of Process Safety Management (PSM) programs where applicableCoordinate emergency response planning and lead crisis preparedness initiativesPromote consistency and best practice sharing across all regional sitesServe as the primary regional contact for regulatory inspections and external stakeholdersQUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATION:Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field (required)Master’s degree or advanced safety/management education (preferred)CERTIFICATIONS:Certified Safety Professional (CSP) – RequiredConstruction Health & Safety Technician (CHST) – RequiredOccupational Health & Safety Technician (OHST) – Required (Manufacturing and Service Roles only)OSHA 30-Hour Certification – RequiredFirst Aid/CPR Certification – RequiredAdditional certifications such as ASP or CIH – a plusEXPERIENCE:7–10 years of progressive EHS experience, including at least 3 years in a multi-site or regional leadership roleStrong experience supporting safety programs within service, construction, utilities, or similar field-based industriesProven ability to influence field teams, conduct audits, lead training, and implement hazard control strategiesExperience with Process Safety Management (PSM) preferred (Manufacturing Roles)
