The Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring products, materials, and processes meet established standards.Hours: 2PM - 10PMBase Pay $26.65Shift Differential (2nd & 3rd Shift) - $5.00Key ResponsibilitiesPerforms quality checks by station and performs final inspectionsInspects manufactured/fabricated materials to ensure compliance with standards and specificationsRecords and maintains data and documentation of inspection results in physical and electronic documentsCollaborates with production team regarding quality issuesProposes and initializes corrective actions with operations teamConducts quality audits of manufacturing process to identify areas of improvement and ensuring compliance with regulations and company standardsRequired Education & Qualifications1+ Years manufacturing experience, preferably in qualityFamiliarity with non-conformance action plansWork well across multiple departments/peopleUse good judgment in resolving problems and making independent decisionsComputer skill desirable in Microsoft Office Programs (excel, outlook, SAP, etc.)Modine is an equal opportunity employer.
