You will be the person clients call, the person who knows the status of every open item, and the person who makes sure things ship on time and on budget. If your background is in sitting in meetings and summarizing what others decided, this is not the right fit. If you have a track record of running projects from start to finish and stepping onto a show floor with confidence, we want to talk.Client and Account ManagementServe as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients across their exhibit and event programsManage client communication, timelines, budgets, and deliverables from kickoff through post-show recapPrepare and lead client-facing materials: timelines, scopes, budgets, recaps, and presentationsRun client and internal meetings, document action items, and follow through on every oneUnderstand each client’s brand, goals, and industry well enough to anticipate needs before they askProject Management and ExecutionOwn planning and execution across multiple concurrent tradeshow and experiential programsCoordinate with creative, production, graphics, logistics, finance, and vendors to keep projects on trackMaintain accurate project documentation and status updates in internal systemsIdentify risks early and bring solutions, not just problemsManage project budgets, track expenses, and flag scope changes promptlySupport client inventory and asset management, including storage coordination and return logisticsOn-Site and Event LeadershipServe as on-site lead or support during tradeshows and live activations as requiredManage setup, live execution, troubleshooting, and breakdown with confidenceStay composed and keep the team focused during high-pressure situationsCapture post-event feedback and lead post-show recaps and reportingYou’re a fit If you…Have 3 to 8 years in account management, experiential marketing, events, or agency workHave run projects start to finish, not just supported themCommunicate clearly in writing and can hold a client meeting without a scriptAre comfortable in a small business where the processes are still being builtWill help in the warehouse when the situation calls for itCan travel and work extended hours during live eventsBackground and ToolsDegree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Event Management, or related field preferredProficiency in Microsoft 365 and Apple macOSProject management tools a plusCTSM certification a plusPrior agency or tradeshow industry experience strongly preferredWhat we’re looking for in year oneOwnership: Projects delivered on time and on budget without being chasedClient Trust: Clients know who to call and feel confident you have it handledConfidence: Leads the floor calmly when things do not go as plannedInternal Value: Makes the team better, not just their own accounts easierAbout usA note on who we are.
