This role sits at the intersection of engineering, customer requirements, and commercial performance, ensuring products are technically sound, market-relevant, and scalable.This is a mid-career role requiring both hands‐on execution and structured thinking. The individual will contribute to product roadmap development, support new product introductions, and work closely with cross‐functional teams to translate real‐world customer needs into actionable product improvements.The ideal candidate combines technical fluency, customer‐facing experience, and product lifecycle exposure, with the ability to operate independently while influencing across functions.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProduct Strategy & Roadmap LeadershipSupport development and execution of a 2–3 year product roadmap aligned with market needs and business objectivesTranslate customer feedback, field insights, and competitive analysis into product enhancements and feature prioritiesConduct market and competitor research within data center infrastructure, HVAC, and thermal management industriesContribute to identifying adjacent opportunities to expand product capabilities and market reach.
