Architect - Mobile, AlabamaElite Sourcing is working with an Architecture studio in Mobile, seeking Project Professionals to effectively lead diverse projects for their Commercial, Federal, Education, and Aviation Facilities projects.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate on the design and documentation of a variety of project types, including aviation, education, civic, tribal, commercial, and federal facilities.Produce drawings, specifications, diagrams, 3D models, and reports that align with project goals.Apply building codes, ADA, and zoning regulations to develop functional, compliant design solutions.Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and team coordination efforts.Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and internal team members to deliver integrated project outcomes.Support QA/QC efforts and construction administration activities, including submittal reviews and site observations.Lead portions of project documentation and guide junior staff in design development.SkillsStrong communication and collaboration skills across disciplines and with clients.Critical thinking and creativity in solving complex design challenges.Time management and adaptability in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.Mentorship mindset, with a willingness to guide and support junior team members.Clear, professional writing and verbal communication skills.Initiative in identifying solutions and improving workflow efficiencies.QualificationsDegree in Architecture or related design field from a NAAB-accredited program.For licensed Architects: A valid architectural license in applicable state(s).For unlicensed professionals: Active pursuit of licensure and a strong portfolio required.5+ years of experience on diverse architectural projects.Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and related design software.Strong understanding of building codes, documentation standards, and interdisciplinary coordination.Experience in sectors such as aviation, civic, commercial, tribal, mission-critical, or federal work is a plus.Please contact Robert@ELitesourcing.llc if this is a position of interest.
