Key Responsibilities Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment. Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Manage the departmental budget, including spare parts inventory and external service contracts. Oversee the troubleshooting, repair, and overhaul of complex machinery and control systems.
