IT Solutions Engineer

This position is full-time and offers competitive salary and benefits.Key Responsibilities· Focused user support approach and timely resolution of reported technical issues.· Help evaluate and introduce new technologies, tools, and automation solutions· Good approach to user issues with positive attitude and proactive approach.· Assist business users in resolving computer related issues such as cloud access, email connectivity, hardware, software and network connectivity.· Support and troubleshoot end user Office365 cloud access and misc issues.· Collaborate with customers and our engineers handling IT projects.· Identify, research, and resolve various technical problems.· Escalate and collaborate on critical incidents with team members.· Document IT Service issues in our Management System.· Maintain ownership of inquiries and requests through resolution, owning the relationship with the customerCritical Knowledge· Expert understanding of various types of Microsoft Windows OS· Excellent understanding of Office 365 (provisioning, migration, troubleshooting)· Microsoft Office suite setup and support in business environments.· Good Understanding of Windows Servers· Good understanding of AD Domains, Active Directory and Azure AD functionality· Business Antivirus Solutions (MS Defender, Kaseya, Eset)· Experience supporting cloud solutions (backup, file, email)Critical Tech Skills· Install, upgrade, and support LAN and WAN infrastructure (cabling, wireless access points, switches, routers, and firewall)· Monitor and troubleshoot network, server or application performance issues· Install, upgrade, and administer enterprise monitoring tools· Manage all system backups and restores· Implement network, host Azure and Server security policies· Implement and maintain appropriate monitoring and alerting to minimize outages· Install, upgrade, and support server hardware until automated· Install, upgrade, and support server OS and application software until automatedMinimum requirements· Must have 3-5 years of experience supporting business users and networks.· Previous MSP experience is preferred.· A proven track record of supporting business users.· BS or Equivalent Degree required.· Microsoft certifications are a plus.· Must be authorized to work in US without sponsorship.· English Fluency required
