Branch Manager

Think Bank is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Downtown location. In this role, you will serve as a key member of our Branch Management team, responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of your branch.As a coach and leader, you will foster a customer-centered culture that supports the growth and success of your team. You will inspire and motivate employees to deliver exceptional service by providing ongoing feedback, support, and development opportunities.In this position, you will champion the integration of Think’s full range of products and services, helping to fulfill our mission and strengthen the financial wellbeing of our customers.Using strong communication and relationship-building skills, you will represent Think within the local business community—participating in events, cultivating partnerships, and maintaining a visible and positive presence.Additional ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain an effective and integrated team within the branch including Bankers, Tellers, and advisorsManage branch staffing levels to meet branch and customer needsFacilitate outstanding service to bank customers through individual interaction and management of staff performanceAssist customers as needed by processing Teller or Banker transactionsMeet with customers to answer questions, resolve conflicts and ensure a quality experienceDemonstrate thorough knowledge of consumer and business and an understanding of credit rules and principles; working knowledge of all business lines including insurance, financial planning and mortgage products and servicesDevelop relationships with stakeholders that support our customers and advance Think's presence in the marketplaceEducation and ExperienceHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent and 6 years’ experience in consumer or business banking or financial services OR Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related fieldFive years’ experience in consumer or business banking or financial servicesLending experience preferredManagement experience preferredCompensation: $120,060Benefits: The position is eligible for a full benefits package including:Health insurance with HSA contributionDental insuranceVision insuranceUp to 23 days of PTO annuallySeven paid holidaysFour weeks of paid family leaveUp to 7.5% 401(k) employer matchTuition reimbursementClothing allowanceAt Think Bank, we’re focused on delivering on the promise of being a great place to work, and one of the ways we accomplish this is by creating an environment where all employees feel they have the opportunity to achieve their goals.
