Salary is $50-$56k DOEABOUT THE COMPANYOur client is an established non-profit providing numerous services to the communityWork where you know what you're doing makes a real difference in peoples' livesContribute with your keen eye for detail as the HR SpecialistLocation is conveniently close to multiple major highways for quick commuteRESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HR SPECIALIST:The HR Specialist will spearhead full-cycle recruiting efforts;The HR Specialist will post jobs, review resumes and schedule applicants, and perform reference checksMaintaining the ATS will be a focus of this role, ensuring all data is correct and up-to-dateCoordinate preemployment drug screens and background checksSupport other HR functions, as neededEXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE HR SPECIALIST:The HR Specialist must have experience with all aspects of recruiting and using an ATSA "can-do" attitude and enthusiasm for people is a must for this roleExperience with Paycor is a plus butnota mustSalary is $50-$55k DOE . This is an in-office position.
