Job Details / Responsibilities:
Support one or more of the firm’s practice groups in active litigation matters
Handle a range of litigation work including legal research, drafting, discovery, analysis, and case management
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with consistent attention to detail
Work independently as a self-starter while collaborating effectively as part of a team
Contribute to matters involving government contracts, construction disputes, or employment litigation (including wage and hour class and PAGA actions)
Qualifications:
Active California Bar license
2–5 years of litigation experience
Solid academic credentials
Excellent writing skills
Strong analytical abilities with consistent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter capable of working both independently and as part of a team
Highly desired: Experience litigating government contracts, construction disputes, or employment matters (especially wage and hour class and PAGA actions)
