AI-Driven Threat Intelligence Analyst

Job Title: AI Business Analyst Business Integration & Enablement Location: New Jersey / New York Work Schedule: Hybrid 4 days per week onsite Role Summary We are seeking an experienced AI Business Analyst to partner with business and technical teams in delivering AI-enabled and data-driven solutions . This role focuses on translating business needs into clear technical requirements, driving adoption, and supporting measurable value realization from AI initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong business analysis skills, experience working on AI or digital transformation programs, and the ability to act as a trusted liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams. Key Responsibilities Conduct business analysis for AI, analytics, and data-driven initiatives Gather, analyze, and document business requirements , user stories, and functional specifications Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements for AI and engineering teams Collaborate closely with AI, engineering, data, and product teams throughout the delivery lifecycle Support user adoption, change management, and enablement activities Define success metrics , KPIs, and help track value realization of AI initiatives Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams Participate in Agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement efforts Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, or similar roles Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements Experience working on AI, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills Experience working in Agile delivery environments Familiarity with enterprise environments preferred Nice to Have Experience with AI/ML use cases , data platforms, or analytics tools Exposure to change management or user enablement initiatives Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA , or similar For applications and inquiries, contact: hirings@openkyber.com
