Job Title: Senior React JS DeveloperLocation: Dallas, TXEmployment Type: Full-TimeWe are seeking an experienced Senior React JS Developer to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications and drive front-end architecture decisions.Must-Have Skills:8+ years of Front-End Development experience with strong expertise in React.js.Expert-level knowledge of React architecture, performance optimization, and best practices.Extensive experience with State Management (Redux, Context API, Zustand, or similar).Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive UI development.Experience with Node.js, npm/Yarn, and front-end build tools/workflows.Hands-on experience with Unit, Integration, and E2E Testing using Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.Strong proficiency in Git/GitHub, code reviews, branching strategies, and release management.Experience designing and implementing Micro Frontends architecture.Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor developers, and enforce coding best practices.Preferred Skills:Design SystemsPerformance OptimizationCI/CD PipelinesCloud-Based Application DevelopmentNote: Candidate must be willing to work from/attend interviews in Dallas, TX.
