Have you tried our famous Cardiff Crack Tri-Tip? We're seeking a Cuisine Clerk to play a key role in delivering delicious and high-quality dishes to our customers. If you have a passion for cooking and engaging with people, this opportunity is for you!Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service including greeting and assisting customers with their purchasesFilling, maintaining special orders and party traysOperates meat and cheese slicers, oven, fryers, BBQ's, microwave, cutting tools and other deli equipmentAssist with food preparationAwareness of all cuisine departments items i.e. charcuterie, bakeryStay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customersAssist with stocking tasks and maintain store cleanlinessFollow all safety and health guidelinesOther duties as assignedGuide customers utilizing Seaside Markets core values of Excellent Customer Service, Quality Products, and CommunityCore Values:Customer-Service Excellence: Strive to exceed customer expectations by providing personalized and exceptional service.Quality Products: Get excited about our unique product offerings! Clearly communicate with teammates and customers to create a smooth operation in the store.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (GED).Age 18 or older to handle alcoholic beverage transactions (California state law).Previous customer service experience preferredLanguage and Math Ability: Read, write, and perform basic math accurately.Food Handler Certification required.
