Through tailored solutions and innovative management practices, The Management Group is committed to supporting the long-term success of its clients.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for an HOA Community Manager located in St. George, UT, with flexible work-from-home opportunities. The HOA Community Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned communities, serving as a primary point of contact for residents and Board members. Responsibilities include managing budgets, coordinating maintenance and vendor services, ensuring compliance with HOA regulations, and fostering positive relationships within the community. The role also involves preparing and attending Board meetings, supporting community events, and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.QualificationsExperience in HOA and property management, including budgeting, compliance, and vendor coordinationStrong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with residents, Board members, and external partnersProficiency in organizational and time management skills to handle multiple communities and tasks simultaneouslyProblem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to address community or resident concerns effectivelyKnowledge of HOA regulations and local laws related to property management (preferred)Proficiency in relevant software tools for property management and reportingAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environmentBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not required)Previous leadership or real estate management experience is a plusCompensation$50,000 - $55,000 annually.Other perks!Hybrid work flexibilityUnlimited paid time offHoliday PayWork-from-home daysReduced portfolio sizes (14 associations)Administrative support staffCommunity assistantsFlexible scheduling after evening meetingsComp time for excessive board meetings
