With a network of 400+ affiliated practices across the U.S., we provide best-in-class business and marketing support so dentists can focus on changing lives through exceptional patient care.**Role Summary**The Senior Pricing and Product Analyst is a hands-on, highly analytical role supporting pricing, product, financing, and membership initiatives. This role applies advanced statistical methods and modeling techniques to inform UCR, willingness-to-pay, and performance optimization decisions.**Key Responsibilities**- Perform advanced analysis of pricing, product, financing, and Savings Plan performance, including UCR, willingness-to-pay (WTP), elasticity, and price sensitivity modeling.- Build, maintain, and automate analytical models and datasets using SQL, Python, and or R.- Develop recurring reporting and dashboards to track adoption, conversion, revenue impact, and patient behavior.- Design and analyze experiments, pilots, and promotions using statistical methods, including control frameworks and significance testing.- Conduct scenario modeling, forecasting, and post-launch performance analysis to support pricing and product optimization.- Partner with Pricing, Product, Finance, and Marketing to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights.**Qualifications & Experience**- 4-7 years of experience in pricing, analytics, data science, finance, or a related quantitative role.- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.- Hands-on experience with Python and or R for statistical analysis, modeling, and automation.- Experience with pricing analytics, elasticity modeling, experimentation, or forecasting.- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or similar.- Ability to independently scope analyses and clearly communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.**Job Details****Pay Type** **Salary****Job Category** **Corporate**
