The overall mission of this program is to modernize critical legacy tax processing systems to improve user experience, increase regulatory compliance, and reduce reliance on costly, unsustainable legacy technology.REQUIREMENTS:8+ years of overall IT experienceUS Citizenship requiredMust possess an active MBI Clearance (Minimum Background Investigation) and have current GFE (Government Furnished Equipment)Experience with methodologies for Java/J2EE, Oracle DB, IBM DB2, SQL, Windows, IBM z/OS mainframe, COBOL, JCL, disaster recovery strategies, and system architecture6+ years of experience in highly specialized IT disciplines6+ years of experience in database programming and/or administration4+ years of experience with IBM DB2 database management4+ years of experience using IBM z/OS mainframe operating systemsStrong understanding of government security requirementsExcellent project management and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlinesDESIRED SKILLS:Bachelor's degree preferredSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
