Child Care Staff Member

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teacher to join our team. As a Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for our littles. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement engaging activities that cater to the diverse needs of children. Duties - Develop and implement activity plans aligned with our school's curriculum and educational standards. - Nurture and help children meet their developmental milestones. - Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development. - Use a variety of teaching methods and strategies to cater to the needs of each chil. - Monitor student progress and adjust activities accordingly. - Create goals to help the children meet their milestones - Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and effective teaching environment. - Create a warm and loving atmosphere for the children to learn in - Provide individualized support to students who may require additional assistance. - Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Requirements - CDA or associates is preferred, BUT NOT REQUIRED. - Experience working with children is a plus. - Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to develop and implement engaging activity plans. - Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and maintain a positive classroom environment. - A passion for teaching and a commitment to providing exceptional care and education to students. - A strong desire to work with children Skills - Childcare and toddler care - Communicate effectively - Early childhood education preferred but not required Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour Ability to Commute: Madison, OH 44057 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Madison, OH 44057: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
