It is a B2B business development role focused on farms, agribusiness companies, agricultural cooperatives, distributors, irrigation companies, system integrators, agricultural technology companies, farming scenarios, equipment needs, procurement direction, budget expectations, technical requirements, site conditions, delivery timelines, RFQs, and quotations.Help convert early customer interest into active RFQs and practical quotation discussions.Coordinate with SolutionMall teams, suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, integrators, and customers to keep qualified smart agriculture opportunities moving forward.Support product selection, quotation communication, project verification, solution confirmation, commercial negotiation, and order-related follow-up where needed.Market Feedback and Commercial CoordinationShare local market insights in East Africa, including:Demand trends Project opportunities Customer preferences Pricing sensitivity Channel conditions Competitor distributor cooperation Sales or business development in agricultural equipment or technology Project-based agricultural procurement or RFQ follow-upFamiliar with agriculture, smart farming products, or agricultural equipment, and able to understand customer needs, product selection, RFQ follow-up, quotation coordination, and distributor communication.Good communication skills and ability to develop customers, distributors, cooperatives, agribusiness companies, integrators, or project contacts in East Africa.Working proficiency in English.PreferredExisting customer or channel resources in East Africa Experience with farms, cooperatives, agribusiness companies, agricultural equipment distributors, irrigation companies, AgTech companies, or project procurement teams Experience in RFQ follow-up, quotation coordination, channel development, distributor cooperation, or project opportunity development Familiarity with East Africa’s agricultural equipment and smart farming procurement ecosystem Experience in sensors, IoT, irrigation, greenhouse systems, environmental monitoring, agricultural automation, or rural connectivity is a strong advantage Local language communication
