This role combines core accounting responsibilities with administrative tasks and requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities of the Accounting CoordinatorManage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing and vendor paymentsProcess customer invoicing, cash applications, and assist with reconciliationsSupport month-end close activities and maintain accurate financial recordsHandle office administration tasks such as ordering supplies, managing mail, and processing employee timesheets and expense reportsProvide customer service support for billing inquiries and account statusQualifications of the Accounting CoordinatorAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field3–5 years of experience in accounting and office administrationProficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software and strong Excel skillsExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently
