Technical Program Manager

Role Overview:The Technical Program Manager will work closely with business teams to gather requirements, perform cost-benefit analyses for in-house versus third-party solutions, and establish project implementation roadmaps. The role requires bridging the gap between business processes and technical execution.Key Responsibilities:Identify stakeholders and create a RACI matrix involving Business, Solution Architects, System Architects, and IT Development Leads.Analyze current business processes to identify pain points and gaps.Collaborate with Solution Architects to define High-Level Architecture (HLA) for impacted systems including Fuze-SPM, CND, INAM, NSP, IOP, Itential, SevOne, Brix, and Kirke.Coordinate with System Architects to ensure Low-Level Designs (LLD) are prepared and reviewed prior to development hand-off.Manage IT roadmaps, budget forecasts, and funding procurement while ensuring alignment with business objectives.Work with Product Managers and Product Owners to create features in Rally and prioritize work based on roadmap milestones.Define KPIs and manage communication plans, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.Required Skills:Program ManagementDigital technologiesSpring BootRallyQualifications:8-10 Years of experience
