Clerical And Logistic SupportThis position provides clerical and logistic support to the service center. Process service orders, maintains parts, and logistic files, answers phones, generates and forwards service center reports, interfaces with suppliers and maintains office files. Interface with all levels of management, team members, internal and external customers.Duties And Responsibilities:Handle incoming callsGenerate service orders for dispatch to techniciansPost completed service orders from technicians and contractorsPost shuttle sheets from drivers for units shuttled outAssist customers with merchandise follow upGenerate daily, weekly, and monthly reportsDaily follow up on warranty rejectsQualificationsPrevious work experience in office environmentMust be self starter and dependableComputer literate and working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, excel etc.)Excellent phone and interpersonal skillsDetail oriented and organizedDecision making, problem solving abilityMust be able to multi-taskMust be able to work in a very fast paced environmentPrevious data entry experience
