What We Are Looking For:
Groundscapes is seeking an experienced landscape sales professional to join our successful team. You will consult with clients to create stunning outdoor living spaces, pools, and landscapes. Company generated leads will be provided for you, along with a team of landscape architects and designers to help bring the clients visions to life. We have experienced project managers and crews to execute your projects. You will focus on selling new business and ensuring client satisfaction during the project. This position has unlimited sales and earning potential.
Job Duties
Consult with property owners to understand their wants and needs
Gather detailed information on projects that allow designers to create scaled plans for the client
Create estimates and proposals based on designs and company guidelines
Present, propose, and close sales to clients following our company process
Participate in successful handoff of project information for installation process
Update and control your sales pipeline to generate sales
Attend weekly sales meetings
Meet an annual sales goal
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation from $50,000 - $150,000 Plus (base/commission)
No cap on commission

Experience
Experience in landscape construction or landscape sales
Ability to organize, break down, and clearly articulate complex thoughts, ideas, and plans in written and oral form
Proficient with computers, google sheets, and estimating software
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Clean driving record
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong ability to take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
