The largest hospital system in Southern Arizona is seeking experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNP) for a full-time NICU role at a major medical center in Tucson. This is a 100% inpatient neonatology position working 16-hour night shifts at 160 hours per month — a schedule that concentrates your work into fewer, longer shifts, leaving extended stretches of time completely free between rotations. PRN shifts are also available for NNPs seeking more flexible coverage.NICU procedural competency is required, and a comprehensive financial package includes a commencement bonus, relocation assistance, travel expense coverage for out-of-area candidates, residency/fellowship stipend, annual CME allowance, and malpractice insurance fully covered.
