A company is looking for a Junior Scrum Master to guide teams in delivering high-quality solutions through Agile practices. Key Responsibilities Assist software development teams in applying the Scrum framework and managing project scope and timeline Educate teams on refining and maintaining the product backlog while coordinating sprints and meetings Resolve issues that hinder team performance and facilitate effective internal communication Required Qualifications 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field SAFe Scrum Master Certification (SSM) Experience with project and issue tracking tools, such as Atlassian Jira Ability to obtain/maintain a Federal Civilian Public Trust
