Licensed CBT/DBT Psychotherapist - Female Therapists PreferredLocation: Charleston, SCJob Type: 1099 Contractor | In-PersonSchedule: Flexible - Clinicians can create their own schedulesPosition OverviewWe are seeking a licensed clinician (PsyD, PhD, LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW) with a strong interest in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for adolescents and adults. Candidates with experience working with higher-acuity clients and/or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) are highly encouraged to apply.This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality clinical care, expanding their DBT expertise, and collaborating within a supportive consultation team environment.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in weekly DBT consultation team meetings focused on case collaboration, clinical support, and DBT skill developmentProvide DBT-adherent individual therapy sessions for adolescents and/or adultsFacilitate DBT skills groups for adults, adolescents, and/or parentsProvide coaching calls focused on skills generalizationCommunicate and collaborate with outside providers, including therapists and psychiatristsAssist in evaluating patient progress and determining the need for higher levels of care when appropriateBuild and maintain a caseload of at least 15 clients per weekConduct 1-2 DBT skills groups weekly as neededAvailability to work several evening hours to accommodate client schedulesQualificationsActive licensure as PsyD, PhD, LMFT, LMHC, LCSW or LCPC and Unlicensed Therapists are also welcome.Experience with CBT, DBT, or higher-acuity mental health populations preferredStrong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skillsPassion for evidence-based therapy and continued professional developmentIf you're interested or would like more details, feel free to reach out at (469) 272-6319 or sambavana.samal@protouchstaffing.com.
