Corporate Deployment Manager

Driving customer success and satisfaction, the full-time Manager - Strategic Corporate Deployment will manage deployments, facilitate early adoption, and guide clients through transformation processes while collaborating with sales and implementation teams. Key responsibilitiesLead customer deployments by planning, organizing, and managing multiple projects while ensuring alignment with business requirements Engage with customers throughout the sales cycle to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and ensure satisfaction during the migration to new platforms Identify process improvements and collaborate with product teams to enhance customer success initiatives and documentationRequired qualificationsMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, consulting, or software implementation Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology, or equivalent work experience Hands-on experience configuring applications to meet business needs and understanding data migration and system integrations Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of cloud-based products and services Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
