In this role, you will partner with financial professionals and Regional Sales Directors within all our distribution channels. You will proactively call to complete agreement packets and collect information needed to do so. Position Location:This position is remote and does not require regular in-office presence.At Ameritas, our mission is Fulfilling Life. What you do:Partner with financial professionals within the defined territory.Complete the sale process by proactively reaching out for information needed to do so.Assist in the creation of value-add documents and reports for financial professionals and Regional Directors in the field to build and expand a viable and profitable sales territory.Utilize a CRM to track, document and inform during different stages of the sales process.Develop and maintain an understanding of the Retirement Plans market staying current on the complex regulatory issues that directly affect the sale of qualified plans.Achieve or exceed sales goals by supporting producers in multiple distribution channels and being attentive to the differences of each distribution. What you bring: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.1-3 years of internal retirement plan sales experience required.Retirement Plans record keeper experience strongly preferred.Life insurance license plus be a licensed Securities Representative (Series 6 or 7 and Series 63) or be willing to attain licenses within 6 monthsService oriented mind-set with solid customer service skills and abilities.Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.Proactive communication skills are necessary.Excellent oral communication skills, especially telephone skills.High level of professionalism, sound judgment, strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze basic and complex issues.What we offer: A meaningful mission. About this Position's Pay This is a sales position. The posted range reflects the base pay and variable compensation. The pay range posted reflects a nationwide minimum to maximum covering all potential locations where the position may be filled. The final determination on base pay for any position will be based on multiple factors including role, career level, work location, skill set, and candidate level of experience to ensure pay equity within the organization. This position will be eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits package (see above for details). This position will be eligible to participate in our variable compensation program with a target defined by the applicable program.
