Development experience would also be nice to have.Interview Information:Rounds: 2Interview Type: Virtual with video required for 1st round| On-site interview for 2nd round.Supplier Vetting Questions- Please complete assessment of must have skills- Automation, Service Now, Testing with Service now, and please assess on candidates preferred skills if applicable.JOB DESCRIPTIONSenior QA Engineer will be part of the Enterprise Risk Management Technologies Team and will be responsible for the manual and automated testing of configurations and integrations of "out-of-the-box" ServiceNow solutions. This role requires solid understanding of ServiceNow platform behaviors, modules, ACLs, flows, and integration testing.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, document and maintain the test data, data validation, end to end testing flows.Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow ATF Create test cases based on functional and technical requirementsCollaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to validate functionality Analyze test results and report defects in a timely mannerParticipate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremoniesEnsure high quality and performance of the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or other modulesDevelop reusable test templates for future automation initiativesConduct functional testing for IRM (Integrated Risk Management) and GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) modules.Validate controls, risks, issues, assessments, workflows, and regulatory frameworks.Test config changes that include tables, ACLs, business rules, flows, UI policies, update sets.Conduct regression testing using ATF across ServiceNow upgrades/releasesPerform cross-browser testing and E2E user journey validation with external apps.Test REST/SOAP integrations and external data flows.Required Qualifications5–8+ years of QA.3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ATF testing (with focus on IRM/GRC).Strong automation experience (Selenium)Deep understanding of IRM/GRC processes, controls, risk scoring, assessments,SOX/compliance flows.Hands-on with tables, ACLs, flows, update sets, APIs, business rules.3+ years validating platform UI, Service Portal, Workspace UX.Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.2+ years' experience with Agile/Scrum methodologiesKnowledge of test planning, test case creation, and defect managementProficient in identifying automation opportunities within the ServiceNow ecosystem.Preferred QualificationsServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-Risk, CIS-GRC, ATF)CI/CD experience (GitHub/Jenkins/Azure DevOps)Experience with domain-separated instancesPrior experience in large-scale ServiceNow implementation projectsScripting experience with Python, JavaScript, etc
