The General Manager always ensures excellence in Member Services by creating a welcoming environment.Interview, hire, and train new staff.Ensures proper staffing and coverage in the club based on business needs. Conducts all evaluations and performance reviews for all staff in the club. Maintains a clean, organized, and orderly club. Ensures club profitability and financial success.Ensures the safety and protection of the employees and members in the club and the entire club property. Handle timecard administration and properly follow all Planet Fitness policies and guidelines as they pertain to employee pay.
