Operations Director

A company is looking for a Director of Operations to oversee regional performance and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Manage full P&L responsibility for the region, ensuring budget performance and maximizing impact Champion operational discipline and quality across health centers, addressing concerns and ensuring compliance Lead and develop clinical teams, setting goals and maintaining effective communication and engagement Required Qualifications 5 - 7 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations or a related field Proven track record of full P&L responsibility for a large business unit Experience in building and leading high-performing teams across various functions Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking abilities Familiarity with value-based healthcare or population health management is preferred
