IT Help Desk
The IT Helpdesk will assist in implementation of Eagle Distributing technology infrastructure. The IT Helpdesk will assist in all aspects of the technology infrastructure including network, storage, server, operating systems, and applications. Additionally, the IT Helpdesk may assist in security incidents, security threats, and disaster recovery operations. Must be able to climb and work from 12 to 15 ft ladders, lift weight of 20 LBS over their head, walk warehouse concrete floors and have excellent verbal and written communication.The IT Helpdesk will support operations in the following areas:Information System operationsTier I level HelpdeskAccess Control and AuthenticationTechnology Infrastructure Monitoring and ReportingAssist in Incident Response OperationsThe IT Helpdesk may assist in maintaining, and aim to improve the following existing technology infrastructure elements:ShoreTel/Mitel VoIPMicrosoft ExchangeCisco MerakiMicrosoft Windows ServersVMware and Hyper-VEnd-Point SecurityiOS, Android, and Windows MobileSecurity and complianceInstalling Windows 10, Office 2016/365, ConnectWise and Antivirus softwareThe following qualifications are highly recommended for the IT Helpdesk position.Qualifications should include but are not limited to:Working knowledge of network operation and Helpdesk ticketing softwareFamiliarity with security tools such as, DNS solutions, Windows firewall, encryption, antivirus, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection platforms, etc.- DesiredExperience in running network cablingCertification(s); CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ DesiredThis is not an all-inclusive list of duties and responsibilities and management reserves the right to amend as needed
