Technical Program Manager

Job Title: Technical Program ManagerLocation: Santa ClaraDuration: 12 monthsPosition Overview:As a Junior Level Technical Program Manager, you will support the Simulation division by helping manage, test, and improve industry leading simulation products. You will contribute to defining best practices for product definition and delivery, project planning, and development methodologies, while representing the voice of the customer during product planning. This role requires a strong passion for planning and development, knowledge of real time technology, and sound judgment for building quality products.Responsibilities:Empower and support development teamsHelp define and improve development processesLead feature team planning activitiesOwn documentation and roadmap planningSupport team training on agile processesProvide delivery leadership across multiple productsPerform exploratory testing across multiple productsQualifications:Passion for digital content creation and simulation technologyAbility to multi task and manage complex programsStrong leadership capabilitiesExcellent communication and presentation skillsFamiliarity with agile methodologyAbility to travel up to twenty percent for events, press tours, and customer meetingsUp to four years of experience with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or a demonstrated track record of leadership successTools and Technologies:Experience with Jira is highly valued
