This role supports advanced semiconductor fabrication processes tied to cutting-edge photonics, AI, and optoelectronic technologies.While this role carries a management title, the primary focus is deep technical expertise and hands-on equipment engineering leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with plasma and dry etch semiconductor equipment and the ability to lead troubleshooting, process improvements, and tool performance initiatives within a fast-paced fab environment.
