Director of Operations – Korean BBQ ConceptSalary: $130,000 – $150,000 + Bonus PotentialLocation: Southern CaliforniaOverviewWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Operations to oversee a fast-growing, multi-unit Korean BBQ restaurant group known for its premium meats, high-energy atmosphere, and authentic dining experience.This role will lead operational excellence across multiple locations, ensuring consistency in food quality, guest experience, and financial performance. The concept is recognized for its high-volume service, interactive tabletop grilling, and strong brand presence across several markets. Key ResponsibilitiesMulti-Unit Operations LeadershipOversee operations across multiple restaurant locationsEnsure consistency in service standards, food quality, and brand executionPartner with General Managers to drive performance and accountabilityFinancial Performance & StrategyOwn regional P&L performance across all unitsAnalyze financial reports, identify trends, and implement action plansDrive revenue growth, cost control, and operational efficiencyTeam Development & LeadershipHire, train, and develop General Managers and leadership teamsBuild a strong leadership bench and succession planning strategyFoster a culture of accountability, performance, and hospitalityGuest Experience & Brand StandardsEnsure an exceptional, high-energy guest experience aligned with the brandMaintain consistency in execution of premium food offerings and service modelMonitor guest feedback and implement improvementsOperational ExcellenceImplement and enforce SOPs, systems, and operational best practicesEnsure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulationsOptimize workflows in high-volume environmentsGrowth & ExpansionSupport new restaurant openings and market expansionPartner with executive leadership on strategic initiativesIdentify opportunities to improve scalability and operational efficiencyQualifications5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience (Director, Regional, or Area level)Strong background in high-volume, full-service or upscale casual diningExperience with Korean BBQ, Asian cuisine, or interactive dining concepts preferredProven success managing P&L across multiple locationsStrong leadership, coaching, and team development skillsHighly analytical with a hands-on, results-driven approachAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentMUST SPEAK KOREANWhat We OfferCompetitive salary: $130K–$150KBonus potentialOpportunity to lead a recognized, high-growth restaurant brandStrong company culture with expansion opportunities
