Our sensory science program resides in our USA headquarters in Minneapolis, MN.Job DescriptionPay Rate: Starts at $16/Hr.Part-Time PositionThe statements below reflect the general responsibilities and requirements of the Consumer Testing Associate position but may not describe all the work requirements that may be inherent in the job.Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To, The FollowingServer – Delivering testing product and ensuring proper consumer test instructions are being followed.Kitchen – Preparing testing product using the protocols designated by the client.Host – Respondent check-in, communicate with recruiter, incentive payouts, light computer and administrative duties.Moderator/Facilitator – Lead respondents through testing & coordinate sample distribution with servers.The Ideal Candidate Would PossessAttention to detail and ability to follow instructionsCritical thinking and ability to solve problems quickly and efficientlyInterpersonal skills to interact with both the public and Eurofins National Food Labs’ clientsBasic computer skills and ability to navigate the computer easily (particularly Internet, Microsoft Office and Outlook programs and systems)Pride in self by maintaining a professional appearance and demeanorFlexibility regarding scheduling including long hoursQualificationsBasic knowledge of computers and software programsMust be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours (with lunch & breaks in between)Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship Required Licenses Or CertificatesValid Driver’s License and Proof of InsuranceAdditional InformationThis is a part-time position offering a flexible schedule with shifts available from Sunday to Saturday. On average, candidates can expect to work 10-18 hours per week (some weeks may offer fewer hours, and some may offer more, depending on business needs).
