Community Sales Manager

Dividend Homes is seeking a Community Sales Manager to join our newest residential community in Palo Alto. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a key part in driving sales performance, delivering an exceptional homebuyer experience, and representing a boutique builder known for thoughtful design and premium craftsmanship. You will work alongside an experienced sales manager, providing the opportunity to learn, collaborate, and grow within a high-performing team, with potential to transition to future communities across the Bay Area.ResponsibilitiesManage on-site sales activities, including tours, follow-up, and contract executionDeliver a high-touch, personalized experience to every prospective buyerMaintain consistent and timely lead follow-up through the CRMBuild and maintain relationships with local brokers and referral partnersProvide real-time market feedback, including buyer trends, objections, and competitive insightsSupport community events, broker outreach, and special sales initiativesQualificationsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsDetail-oriented with excellent follow-throughAbility to work independently and on-siteFamiliarity with CRM systems (Lasso experience a plus)Active California real estate license requiredCompensationThis role offers a competitive base salary and commission structure, with total annual earnings expected to exceed $200,000 based on experience and sales performance.Location & ScheduleOn-site in Palo Alto, CAWeekend availability requiredOpportunity to support and transition to future communities in the Bay Area including Cupertino, Mountain View, Morgan Hill and FremontWhy Dividend HomesAt Dividend Homes, we take a thoughtful, design-driven approach to every community we build.
