Must be on W2.ResponsibilitiesProvide clerical support to the Gas Operations Integration Center.Timely and accurate preparation of work.Effective communication in a highly efficient team environment.Administrative efficiencies and improvements.Excellent internal and external customer service.Application, receipt, distribution, communication and execution of permits.One Call process handling.Creation, update and execution of WMS/DIS order types.Utilization of various PC applications (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint).E‐mail using the Lotus Notes application.Quality customer service and preparation of correspondence.Cohesive teamwork and office administration.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Strong written and oral communication skills.Experience with PC applications (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience working within a team.Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated success in providing extraordinary customer service.Ability to perform duties with limited direction.Preferred ExperienceProficient in WMS, DIS, Lotus Notes. SAP experience preferred, not required.Familiar with company policies and procedures.Basic understanding of the utility industry.Additional InformationHybrid role: on site Tuesday through Thursday.
